December 1st Educational Event in Washington, DC, “Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplant: The Future of Survivorship”

The National Bone Marrow Transplant Link (nbmtLINK) will host a FREE educational event on December 1st for bone marrow/stem cell transplant patients, survivors, their caregivers, families, and health professionals on December 1, 2009 entitled  "Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplant: The Future of Survivorship."  It will be held at the offices of Jones Day, 51 Louisiana Avenue, N.W. in Washington, DC., 6:30pm to 9:00pm and will feature Special Guest, Congressman C.W. Bill Young, and Guest Speakers Dr. Stephanie Lee, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center; Dr. Steven Pavletic, National Cancer Institute; Dr. Ellen Frank, a five-year transplant survivor; and Patti Lee, the daughter of a transplant survivor.  You must be registered by 11/23 to attend this event, as space is limited.
